How SurveysHub handles your information.

This policy explains the types of information the platform may collect, why it may be used, how third-party services can be involved, and the choices available to you. It is written to reflect the way SurveysHub is designed to operate rather than make broad security claims.

SurveysHub is a rewards platform where members can discover surveys, tasks and partner offers. Different activities can involve different providers and rules. Where information is required to provide the service, prevent abuse, process rewards or respond to support requests, it may be processed for those purposes.

01 Information we collect

Depending on how you use SurveysHub, information can include:

  • Account information: name, username, email address and account status associated with your account.
  • Activity information: surveys, tasks or offers you access or complete, reward status and related activity identifiers where available.
  • Withdrawal information: payment details or identifiers required for a supported payout method when you request a withdrawal.
  • Technical and security information: information such as IP address, browser/device details, timestamps and other signals that may be used to operate and protect the service.
  • Support information: the name, email, message, account identifier and issue details you provide when contacting support.

02 How information is used

Information may be used to operate the platform and provide the services you request, including:

Account & authenticationSign-in, email verification, account access and account-related controls.
Opportunity matchingHelp present surveys, tasks or offers that may be relevant or available to your account.
Rewards & withdrawalsRecord activity status, maintain balances and process supported withdrawal requests.
Security & abuse preventionDetect suspicious activity, protect accounts and enforce platform rules.
SupportInvestigate questions about activities, missing rewards, withdrawals or account access.
Service improvementUnderstand reliability and usage patterns and improve platform functionality.

03 Surveys, offerwalls & third-party providers

SurveysHub can connect members with third-party research and offer providers. A provider may collect or receive information according to its own privacy policy and activity requirements. The information requested can vary by survey, offerwall, task or study.

Providers may use technical information, cookies, device or traffic signals and other controls to measure activity, check eligibility, prevent abuse or determine whether a completion can be credited.

Provider outcome can affect a reward. An activity may be screened out, end early, reach its quota, return an eligibility/error message, or remain pending while a provider checks the completion. SurveysHub cannot guarantee that every activity will qualify or credit instantly.

04 Security

SurveysHub uses Firebase services for authentication and data operations and may use security controls such as Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA-based protection to help reduce automated abuse.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Never send sensitive credentials to support. Password, OTP, UPI PIN and full payment-card credentials should never be included in a support request.

05 Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your account, maintain reward and transaction records, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, comply with applicable requirements, and protect the service.

Retention periods can differ by information type and by the operational or legal reason for retaining it.

06 Children's information

SurveysHub is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the service under the applicable rules for the platform or a particular activity. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact support so the matter can be reviewed.

07 Your choices & data requests

You can contact SurveysHub to ask about the personal information associated with your account or request deletion where the information is eligible for deletion.

Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud-prevention, dispute handling, financial records or other legitimate operational reasons.
