How survey opportunities are delivered

Daily surveys and offerwalls, explained clearly.

Two common ways to discover earning opportunities are a survey router and an offerwall. They solve different parts of the experience, and availability can change during the day.

Survey matching

Daily Surveys Router

↗

A survey router is a matching layer that checks your profile and the surveys currently available from configured research providers, then routes you toward opportunities you may be eligible to start.

1Profile match: your profile details help determine which studies may fit.
2Live availability: the list can change as provider demand and quotas change.
3Start the study: you are sent into the selected survey flow.
4Outcome: the provider reports whether the session completed, screened out, went over quota or ended for another reason.
A router improves matching; it cannot guarantee that every survey shown will be completed or credited.
Multiple opportunities

Offerwalls

▣

An offerwall is a page where several third-party surveys, tasks and other rewardable offers can be shown together, so you can choose the activity that fits your time and eligibility.

1Open the wall: browse the activities currently available to your account.
2Read the requirement: check the reward, action and any eligibility notes before starting.
3Complete the offer: follow the provider's required flow without changing account or device conditions mid-task.
4Tracking + confirmation: the provider sends a completion signal or review status before the reward is made available under its rules.
Offerwalls can contain more than surveys. Each offer has its own completion and tracking rules.
When a survey screen looks unexpected

A completed attempt and a credited reward are not always the same event.

Providers can end a study before a reward is issued. The message on the screen usually tells you why the provider could not accept that session.

CompletedThe provider accepted the survey as a complete. The reward may credit automatically or remain pending while the result is processed.
Pending / Under reviewThe completion was received, but the reward has not yet moved to available balance. Wait for the activity's stated processing status.
Quota fullThe study already has enough responses for a target group. You can try another available survey.
Survey ended / ClosedThe study was no longer accepting sessions. This can happen when the survey closes or reaches a limit.
Screened outYour profile or answers did not meet the study's required audience or qualification criteria.
IP mismatch / Return IP mismatchThe provider detected that the network/IP information on return did not match what it expected for that session. VPNs, proxies, network changes or provider-side tracking issues can contribute.

Completed the activity but points are missing?

First check your activity history and the reward status shown for that task. Do not repeatedly restart the same survey. If the reward is still missing after the applicable processing period, contact SurveysHub support with enough detail for the team to trace the activity.

How it works

A simple path from opportunity to reward.

The details matter, so the process is designed to make each stage easier to understand.

01

Create your account

Sign up for free and verify your email address.

02

Complete your profile

Better profile information can help with matching and eligibility.

03

Complete activities

Choose an available survey, task or offer and follow its requirements.

04

Get your reward

Approved earnings move into your available balance for withdrawal.

Reward transparency

Not every activity follows the same review timeline.

1
Activity startedThe available reward and key conditions are shown before you begin.
2
Completion receivedThe provider or SurveysHub receives the completion signal.
3
VerificationSome activities can remain pending while the provider reviews eligibility or quality.
4
Reward approvedApproved earnings become part of your available balance according to the applicable rules.
A clearer earning experience

Know what is happening with your reward.

Surveys and partner activities can have different eligibility checks. A clear status is more useful than a promise of instant approval for every activity.

✓
Rewards are activity-specific

Amounts depend on the survey, task or partner offer and can change as availability changes.

⏱
Pending does not always mean failed

Some activities need additional review before the reward can become available.

!
Eligibility can change

Research providers may screen participants based on the criteria of a particular study.

Why SurveysHub

Less hype. More clarity.

A rewards platform works better when users can understand the rules, the status of an activity and what to expect from the next step.

01

Clear activity information

See the reward and useful details before deciding whether an opportunity is worth your time.

02

Account verification

Email verification and account controls help keep the platform safer for genuine users.

03

Trackable reward status

Approved and pending activity can be handled as separate stages instead of leaving you guessing.

04

Support when something needs review

Questions about a task, reward or withdrawal should have a clear route to support.

Survey ecosystem

More providers can mean more ways to discover opportunities.

SurveysHub can connect members with participating third-party research and offer providers. Which provider's opportunities appear can depend on your profile, location, eligibility, current demand and active integrations.

FAQ

The questions new members usually ask.

A few basics are below. The full FAQ can cover account, survey, rewards and withdrawal questions in more detail.

How do I start earning?

Create a free account, verify your email, complete your profile and choose an available survey, task or partner offer that you are eligible to start.

Why was I screened out of a survey?

Survey providers select participants based on the needs of a particular study. You can be screened out when your profile or answers do not match the required audience.

Why is my reward still pending?

Some activities require provider-side verification before the reward becomes available. A pending status does not necessarily mean the activity has failed.

Do I need to pay to join SurveysHub?

No membership fee is required to create an account. Some third-party activities can have their own requirements, which should be explained before you start them.

Can I have more than one account?

SurveysHub is intended for one genuine account per person. Multiple accounts, automation or other attempts to manipulate rewards can lead to account review or restriction.

Which payment method can I use?

Supported withdrawal methods, limits and availability are shown according to the options currently enabled for your account.

What is a daily survey router?

A survey router matches your profile to survey opportunities that are currently available through configured research providers and routes you into the selected study. It helps with matching, but it cannot guarantee that every survey will remain available or reach completion.

What is an offerwall?

An offerwall groups multiple third-party surveys, tasks and other offers in one place. Each activity can have its own reward, eligibility, completion and tracking rules.

What does IP mismatch or return IP mismatch mean?

It generally means the provider detected a network or IP detail on the return from the activity that did not match what it expected for that session. Avoid VPNs or proxies and avoid switching networks while completing a survey. If you believe it was a provider-side tracking issue, keep a screenshot and contact support.

What do “quota full” and “survey ended” mean?

“Quota full” usually means the study has already filled the target audience or response count it needed. “Survey ended” means the study is no longer accepting that session. In both cases, no completion reward is normally created for that attempt.

I completed a survey but did not receive points. What should I do?

Check your activity history and reward status first. Some completions can remain pending while provider tracking or review finishes. If the reward is still missing after the applicable processing period, contact support and include the survey or offer name, provider, approximate completion time, displayed reward, screenshot and any activity or transaction ID you received.
